I have lived at the Timber by Vintage for 5 years. We are on our 4th Management team. Our current manager Kelly Timney and her assistant Stephanie are extremely nice and helpful. The office is very welcoming no matter what the issue we have is. On Friday at 5pm I emailed the office letting them know our fridge wasn’t working right. I didn’t expect a response until Monday morning but I got a message from Kelly saying Logan ( maintenance??) was on his way. He has been to our apartment several time
